I think motivation is the hardest part about weight loss. We get going well and then things change... why can't they change for the good instead of the downhill change! I'm hoping that having friends to meet with each week and discuss our goals and tips will really help us to keep our changes on the up-swing.
I really want to get used to smart choices forever, instead of smart choices for a while:)
I also have another motivation in my weightloss... purses! I'm addicted and I've decided that my next five pound loss will be a new purse... I've just spent 15 minutes trying to find the picture online and I can't! Grr! Well, once I loose my 5lbs, I'll take a picture of it on my shoulder!
